What aofi said. Basing your life on the previous generation is silly these days. Plus basing your life on what OTHERS have done is useless, as you aren't them. Plus I'm sorry... but nobody "stops aging".
My Mom was in her late 30's when she had me. In the 60's. That was unheard of back then. By your logic, she was "old". I'm sorry, but I can hardly view 29 as "so old", as you put it.

It can be hard when we set ourself goals to achive or have expecations of ourselves and don't meet them. However you can continue to beat yourself up over it or you can forgive yourself and move on. Worry is like a rocking chair - a whole lot of motion and doesnt get you anywhere. So your having your midlife crisis a little eariler than most ;). Its time to turn a new leaf and make a new life from where you stand now.
I know we havn't had too much of a chance to hang out - I really wish we were able to more, but such is life I guess. Hugz and happy thoughts!

I'm not going to give you heck for feeling the way you do. I'm sorry that things are rough for you right now and hope that you can get through this phase of your life.
The only other thing I want to add is that 30 is the new 20. It's true! According to my calculations that makes me 25 :-)
