Tired but had a wonderful time!

 On Saturday, The Lyon & I joined my nephew Kelly and his wife Melissa to go golfing. I discovered the mysterious allure of hitting the tiny ball around the grass.  I giggled and laughed my a** off and the Lyon was literally roaring with laughter. I've never done any golfing, and thought it would be terribly complicated & serious, but this sounds like FUN!!

I suppose it matters most who you do it with, & how!

(& it's awesome you got such a good deal on the clubs - I always thought they would cost a fortune!)

I think it depends on who you go with too. Some people make it more like doing art or studying and so acting up and being silly probably would piss them off. But Kelly & Missy are into it for the fun too so it was a great time. Just goes to show that it's more about the company than what you are doing. :)
The clubs can be anywhere from around $50 -$5000 here. Used ones are great when you don't know if you are going to continue playing so getting them at second hand stores and charity stores are a great thing. :)
The actual game here cost about $100 usd for the day. For what we make for a living it isn't cheap but isn't horribly expensive either. Not an everyday thing but maybe once or twice a month we can swing it.
