I think I am mildly depressed or in a funk... or both.  Ever since I got out of the hospital, I have been completely void of energy.  I just mope around.  I am sore and I ache to the core.  I showed up for work and quickly arranged for someone to cover my shift and left.  I don't know why I feel so icky

Aw, hun! I hope that doesn't happen to you again. And depression is the worst, ilets hope you get back to your old self asap! In the meantime if you need someone to talk to, I'm alwaaays here!
