I'll admit its a bit awkward but its only as weird as you make it. I can understand though. And theres always a place to insert "wanna hang out" even after u say bye and start to walk away so "oh I forgot, wanna do something blah blah blah" completely workable in any convo even one that has ended :)
I think it's nothing like sleeping with your brother. After, she is her own self. If you like him, you should probably find out more and see how it goes.
I'm sure you can place "Hey, What are you doing this weekend?" somehwere during or after the convo unless you're in a scene where you just saw him burying someone he killed... because I'm not sure I would be willing to hang out with a murder but anyway, that's just my imagination rolling again. Ignore it, like I do.
As for B, well, I don't find it weird... I mean we are likely to meet someone in our circle of friends or through families. But now that you point the whole sleeping issue, I guess it would be kind of weird and rather grossed out. But I think you're just over-thinking it... at least the guy isn't family.
