Yes they are all fucking morons and should be forced to endure exactly what that poor girl went through so then they can really say if what was done to her was in fact rape or not. BASTARDS! And since you forgot to mention it, I will...the 2nd girl he raped while he was on trial was only 12 years old.
He should be sent to prison for the rest of his natural life so he can find out exactly what rape is all about!!!

This is the most bizzare thing I've ever read. She was unable to say NO (which was caused by an action he did) and it's not rape ?

That was my thought as well. How is it even possible that this law is written this way? It makes no sense at all.It's completely backwards. Just one more reason I will never live in California.
