So, I finally got around to filling in a voter registration form... And I registered with Working Families, so my conscience can rest at ease because I don't really like the Democrats, and I don't particularly care about voting in their primaries at this junctures, but, of course I can always change my party affiliation when/if I feel differently ( Read more... )

I don't think you have to totally like the Democrats to register as one, just prefer them over the Republicans. As unfortunate as it is, it's really a two party system.

How can I prefer one over the other? Sadly enough, the Democrats that are most likely to get elected are pretty much the same as the Republicans that are most likely to get elected. I don't like either... But most of the time the Democratic candidate is cross-endorsed by Working Families anyway... *cross-eyed*

Yeah. I registered Democrat mostly cuz of the primaries.

No... You have to print out a form (or have it mailed to you) and snail mail it in to the NYC office...
