| JANUARY
January was an ~nothing special month for me. The only main highlight was that I learned and did my first manga coloring! :DD Comparing what I did back in Jan to about 9 months later (second thumbnail), I think I did improve a bit *A*;; but I'll probably never will color a manga coloring again 'cause it's way to time consuming :( and i'm not into the fandom anymore :(
| FEBRUARY
February was quite a month for me. Lots of good things and bad things happened, Nevertheless, I was optimistic and happy because it was the month where the 2010 WINTER OLYMPICS were held in MY city!1!1!!!. It's once in a lifetime opportunity okay aksjdfg. omg nostalgia. I miss it soooo much. ;__;
I guess you could say this is my mini ~Olympic picspam of some of my favorite moments xD. Originally I thought of posting it in a separate entry ideally on February 14 2011 with lots more pics but I probably won't have time (I just found out that I have a midterm exams right after my winter break and I need to study like heck askjdhfg)
I didn't really like the way the national anthem was sang D: I prefer it the ~traditional~ tune and I wish it was sung by other veteran singers (ex. Shania Twain or Celine Dion, Idk) other then Nikki Yanofsky. The presentation was great~...a bit boring at times I admit 8D;; my favorite part was when the flag bearers came into the podium, it was felt so epic in a way 'A' /weird
I still remember how excited everyone was because Alexandre Bilodeau won our first Olympic medal on home soil X3 weeeeeee~

Their dance was just exquisite, see for yourselves <3 They would make a cute couple too ahaha! lots of people were shipping them together at the time. They clarified they were just friends though uguu :(

hello thar Johnny Weir. His skating is so fierce omg I don't know how on earth he was placed 6th & 5th place ;___; whatever, no matter what I will always love this fabulous bitch <3333 /making icons of him
I remember him saying in a interview that he cried for an hour afterwords about his 6th place finish, my poor bb D:
I reeeeeeally hope he doesn't retire after this olympic I know he's launching a music career but still...
I still remember watching this hockey game (it was my first time o__O) it literally gave me a heart attack, seriously it was so TENSE omg. His reaction cracks me up every time XD but who can blame him. His overtime goal helped win gold in hockey. in Canada. Everyone was cheering and celebrating like crazy (canadian pride ;//; <33)
The 2010 Winter Olympics couldn't have ended more beautifully ;__; <33
The closing ceremony was so much better then the opening one YAY. The national anthem though sounded like it the Glee cast o.o The Oh Oh Oh, Vancouver aka Strong & Free is really catchy though <3 I loved it~
Ahhh..the memories :( I miss this event sooooooooooo much, I don't even know where to start. The atmosphere in Vancouver was so lively and fun, the hype, the pride (etc.) It's sad when you wait something like this for four years--for just 2 weeks, and in those 4 years so many things happened it overshadowed my anticipation for it and when it finally is here I didn't really cherish the moments while it lasted ;__; /smacks self. I can't wait till Sochi 2014! (that will be the year I graduate high school omg noooo) hopefully by then I'm still around LJ(which is most unlikely) and share my thoughts on it *__*
SORRY FOR THE LONG JABBER D: my inner-fangirl self cannot be controlled you see....but I'm not finished it 8D.
| MARCH-APRIL
These were the months when my love for Disney resurfaced <3 (these are the movies I watched in theaters okay?) I watched 4 hours between these 2 months. <333 I was fangirling about them non-stop in my old LJ (if you read it ahaha).
I LOVED Alice in Wonderland, despite the criticism about the plot changes. The directing style was a very Tim Burton-way as usual XD <3 I still ship Mad Hatter and Alice! I loved their chemistry there. And it's no secret that my favorite character is the White Queen ♥
How to Train your Dragon was great too! ♥ I was surprised in how good the movie really was. It was funny, cute, full on action and the ending was bittersweet. Toothless is just plain adorable omg ♥♥ I want to adopt it ;w;b
The animated movies are on a roll this year! <33 XD
2 movies based on Nicholas Sparks' books were released this year \o/ Dear John was Okay -- a bit boring at times I admit, The Last Song on the other hand was medicore :| Miley's acting still needs some work :/ I still see her as Hannah Montana, orz. /biased?

TOY STORY 3 WAS GLORIOUS. If you read my review fangirling in my old LJ you'll know what I mean ajshdshjfgjh <333. I haven't read a single negative review about it so far and I perfectly understand why because this movie was pure perfection. This movie made me laugh and cry at the same time, the movie is quite dark too-- Lotso and that BIG BABY O___O ughh nightmares.
This movie better win a Golden Globe or an Oscar or elseee.....>:(
I can't believe I watched Eclipse...but I did out of curiosity how it was going to be and because I was bored. The thing that really irked me was the coloring was really bland @.@. The scenery was pretty nice though, I could tell right away it was filmed in Vancouver because the place where Bella goes to school was filmed in my high school! o__o it's crazy..it looks nothing like how it was in the movie @___@. Anyways, the movie it self was um..boring. Kristen Stewart can't act to save her life D:

November. 28 » I moved to a new account because I felt I needed to reinvent myself before the new years! so excited~ :3 So many great things and bad things happened this year -- I'll never forget the memories. I really hope 2011 will be a better year for everyone~

I can't believe that I still HAVEN'T watch Deathly Hallows yet... ;___; I'm dying from the anxiety/EXCITEMENT ajsdhfgv I NEED TO WATCH IT NOW.
Easy A was surprisingly one of my favorite movies this year tbh, I didn't think it'll be that good. I love Emma Stone, I'm really happy that she got nominated for a Golden Globe! :D <3 she deserved it~ She portrayed her character really well.
Black Swan was just....brilliant. It was dark, scary, intense, and wonderfully creepy. I-I just...seriously though I can't ~describe this film without gushing and fangirling about it, my mind is still pretty much blown away in how great and gorgeous it was. Some parts freaked me out to death it's kind of like a horror movie ;; I won't ~spoil~ anything from the movie because it was just released recently but really if you haven't watched it yet...WATCH IT NOW!! *__*
I might watch the The Social Network when it comes out in DVD :D FYI, the movies I'm writing here are the ones I watched in theaters, not on the internet 8D

Well...that's it for my picspam~ best of 2010 edition, I'm sorry for the massive amount of fangirling lmao *bows* DD: It sure was one heck of a year! XD Of course it doesn't cover up every single thing I did in 2010 obviously XD only stuff I found worth mentioning~. It was a great year, but I really can't wait till 2011! It's a chance for me to start fresh and just move on & let go from all the bad things that happened.
