Did Macha just take a page from Grady Little's book?

There is a difference between making one mistake (after talking to the pitcher and seeing what he thought) and leaving your boys out to dry on a consistant basis. Macha is much worse than Little was. Little's mistake is just more widely known because Red Sox fans are whiny little bitches. :D
