I know exactly how you feel amy, since we had quite a similar situation. It's all about time. You just have to wait for that one day when you realize you really don't want that person anymore. Even though after that there are some relapses it's still so much better. You just have to wait and try to have a lot of things to do and have lots of fun without them or even thinking about them. I know it's super hard.

-take your time. don't rush past it. healing too quick leads to superficial scabs, which, eventually will unleash themselves when you least expect...and... show the deep wound.

-so seize it. embrace it. let it wash into you, and through you and slowly over you.
