If anyone wants to read a really good book that doesn't take very much time to finish, read The Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway. It's an amazing reflection of the "Lost Generation," post-WWI society. In my opinion that society, depressingly enough, resembles our society in many ways as well...so read it; it's definitely worth your time ( Read more... )

you feel purposeless because you think that this life is about working really hard in highschool so you can get into a really good college so you can get a really good job and then what. maybe have a family. pretend that youre trying to find a cure for AIDS. this life is a whole lot more than that and i hope you understand that one day. you will always feel purposeless until you understand this lifes real Purpose.
