it has the hint that i didnt get it not because i wasnt gd enough, but bcos of some politics, or I am too old, and I came from a certain country which they are forcing me to apply for this certain agency scholarship and bond myself for yrs and kena disgraced at the interview that i came from a poly background and my grades sux.

well if they look at those, and left out a talent, I think it's quite a waste, I don't think they will look into that la. Er. No comments on the bonding thing...
