I wasn't happy with Bobby picking Jeff to be his offensive coordinator, not because I didn't think that he was a good coach (although I would have said that he's unproven for what I perceive to be the status of the position). The problem is the contortions that they had to go through to avoid the appearance of nepotism. I'm still not convinced that he isn't a good coach, but the 6 years of offensive mediocrity and his lack of credentials going in are really raising that nepotism spectre and becoming a big distraction. And either Jeffy or Bobby has to realize that and make a move. I'm completely blown away by the part of the interview during the game (we were muting the game a lot) that seemed to suggest that Bobby never seemed to consider the possible trouble ( ... )
