Lord I pray my children NEVER ever get hooked on this. They learn much more math from CyberChase, and at least I am amused by it.

After years of searching and waiting, I finally found a copy of Neil Gow's lament for his second wife by Alasdair Fraser. Only the Scottish could bind emotions so powerfully in their music. Okies, we had the first feeder band around 4pm. Winds went up to 50 mph. Knocked an old dogwood tree down in the backyard. Just did miss valmore's room and missed the outdoor electrical wire by inches. Had a lull until an hour ago. The wind has this wierd shrill sound. None of us dare to open a window.
