Alienware is a small company that has been building computers specifically designed for gamers and people who like to do their own upgrades. Here's a link if you want to peek- http://www.alienware.com/ They are very cool looking. Dell oversees their business but their customer service and repair is all independent. Heat sinks help to dissipate heat generated by your video cards and cpu.

Having been through this failure twice now I can really feel for anyone having trouble. It stinks!

It's very nice. There's a link in my reply to Jo. I'm getting the Aurora desktop.

This is great news Steph, both that your pics and game are safe and that you are getting an Alienware computer - I am SO ENVIOUS! I agree that you have a great hubby.

Our two guinea pigs came from a rescue, they were both around one year old when we got them. One had not been cared for very well (she had lost almost all her fur due to mites) and the other the owner had simply lost interest in. We have had them for five years now and I feel so happy that we are able to give these two animals a happy life. Oh I simply have to give you the YouTube link of the the two of them enjoying their food. :)

Aww they're cute! Looks like you've given them a great home. I have very little experience with guinea pigs except one that came in on emergency on evening with a poop issue. I know that mites can be a common problem for them. Kudos to you for being an adopter!

I meant to say and forgot, that most of our animals have been strays. My favourite cat wondered in when it was about a year old and pregnant.

We just got a guinea pig, it seems fine; but how do you treat them for mites?

They are cute. :) Hubby just bought one home for DD from the Jondaryan Wool Shed. http://www.jondaryanwoolshed.com/default.htm They arrived home and he says "Guess what we bought?" *Oh my more critters for me to look after*

I need to look into this mite thing as I can't stand any kind of itching insect like fleas, lice or mites. They all love me. I only need one and it will go on an expedition to find me.

That's awesome. :)
