A/N  We're still have a lot of angst here--just remember, there WILL be a happy ending.  And, I apologize for the delay in posting--RL has a way of catching me unexpectedly.  Chapter 30 should be up by Sunday.

Taking Nathan's advice, Reid had decided to give Luke space so the younger man's raw wounds--torn open by Damian and Reid--

You just keep turning this great story in so manny difrent directions that i cant even begin to think about how this story will continue.

I thougt i really liked the fluff fics the best because off what the show gave us.
But your story really wheeles me in. I love it thank you.

What a lovely comment! I have to admit that when I started writing this story, I had no idea just how angsty/emotional it would be. So, I'm absolutely thrilled you're enjoying it when fluff is usually your thing. (When this thing is over, I think I'm going to have to write a bunch of fluff to work all this drama out of my system--I'm on overload, lol).

There's definitely a silver lining, and it never hurts to have Reid run into a burning building and save Luke's life.

Oh, whoa! More drama! Poor Luke, he can't catch a break.

Still happy that Reid's mad at himself for how horribly he's treated Luke in the past.

BUT helping save Luke's life was very heroic and definitely a good step in the right direction of making amends with Luke.

Damian! I don't trust. Sorry but I don't.

For some reason, I really decided to kick Luke around in this story. Poor guy, but things do get better.

I think Reid should be mad at himself for a long time--he seriously crossed some lines. But, saving Luke from the fire was definitely a good thing in terms of making up for past transgressions, and it will show Luke a much nobler side of Reid than what he's seen so far.

poor Luke he cant get a break, and aldo Reid deserved to feel like shit I kind of felt bad for him too in this chapter.

Damian not sure what to think of him, but i love Faith here.

Luke's luck has been really bad of late, hasn't it? I can say that it does start to get better soon. As for Reid, I do feel a bit sorry for him at this point--it's hard not to be when he's so angry with himself.

I'm not sure about Damian either, and I'm glad you liked Faith!
