*skims over the DSPS info* Holy freakin' cow. And all this time I just thought I was a chronic insomniac...but that fits so. much. better. Admittedly, I've had a much easier time of getting to bed in the past year (my insomnia felt like it all but disappeared), but I still struggle to wake up early. Anytime before 9 or 10 is super difficult..and my schedule is shifting enough soon that I'm going to have to be up at 7 or so. All of that feels so familiar. Wow. Good luck on trying to figure something out that'll help with it. :/ I know how difficult re-adjusting a sleep schedule can be!
