Has anyone tried Petz 4 on Windows 7 yet? I'm thinking about upgrading, and while I don't really play anymore... It'd be sad to never be able to play again, should I get the urge. I know that it required a patch just to work on XP and they have long since stopped supporting the games. I have Windows 7 installed on my laptop, I just need to find my ( Read more... )

I was wondering the same thing. I'm getting a new laptop sometime next week and it'll have Windows 7 on it.

I've heard 7 has the same issues as Vista, but I've also heard the opposite, so I'm not really sure.

One thing that does happen sometimes though, is the ballz won't show up properly and your petz (and some of the clothes and toys) look weird. To fix this, you need to change your screen resolution; it could be too high or too low, but too high is more likely. So far I've only heard of this happening in Petz 5, but it's easy to fix, so it's no big deal if it happens in one of the other games either.
