Water, water everywhere!

So apparently my home town got a lot of water dumped on it recently, become the worst flood since 1913. Main Street is closed for a good chunk of downtown. Luckily my parents' place is up on a hillish area (as much as NW Ohio has hills) and is dry. The grandparents had about a foot of water at their car, at the retirement community, but are fine
