Anywho, this post is proof that my hard drive is is larger than it needs to be. Also that I'm bored. Very bored. What do you guys get out of it? Hopefully some interesting music^^ Any comments on the music/series would be great :D

Hahahaha, ok so I have a love/hate relationship with this series in that is was REALLY AWESOMELY GOOD at one point and now it's... well, NOT. BUT! With part 1 of the live action movie coming out soon and the manga now over, I've finally decided to share my secret fanmix for the series XD Very little of it is actually original and some of these are even fandom favorites. I've tried to put them in an order that flows with the series' plot but it might get a little mashed here and there. I attempted to come up with explanations but not even halfway through I said forget it XD Mostly Indie stuff, some Rock/Hard Rock, and a few touches of Heavy Metal XD

This is the theme for the Death Note movie set to come out next month. Never would have thought that the Chili Peppers could work for DN. I still don't think the sound is right for the series but the lyrics are pretty good, minus all of the American cities/states named in the song XD
-B2- Sugar Pill - Ambulance Ltd
I have a lot of love for this song. The sound works well for the series, it's that sort of modern detective sound I had hoped to find more of for this. So why is it a bonus? The lyrics are too slashy for a straight up DN fst. That could probably be said for "Black Eyed Boy" but eh, that song rocks for the motown influence :D

NARUTO:
Note! This fst obviously contains spoilers for the manga (currently at chapter 306!) I'm nearly convinced that you can make a semi-decent Naruto fst from Joe Satriani and Depeche Mode songs alone, but I'm sure I'm the only one who would think this way XD So here's a much shorter combo fst -- half Akatsuki and half post time jump Naruto series kinda mingled together. Oh yeah, and then some crack :D This thing isn't finished btw, far from it so opinions would be helpful. Enjoy :D
~Time Jump Part:
-01- Motorcycle Driver - Joe Satriani - Satriani's sound... VERY Naruto-esque.. This is for Naruto's return to Konoha after 2 and a half years.
-02- Precious - Depeche Mode - Sunakage Gaara is hurt and taken away! :O Temari and Kankurou feel guilty. This.. could work for the Sand siblings probably anytime during the series XD
-03- Question of Time - Depeche Mode - Back to Team 7! Naruto leading the hunt for Sasuke before Orochimaru can get his pedo hands on him! The lyrics talk about a 15 year old about to be molested, how could it not be perfect?!? XD
-04- Sinner in Me - Depeche Mode - Sasuke appears! :O This would be his non-linkin park emo song.
-05- Mind Storm - Joe Satriani - More Satriani for what is hopefully the impending battle before Team 7 is once again split!
~Akatsuki:
-A1- Megalomaniac - KMFDM - General Akatsuki hard techno-ness. Totally fitting IMO.
-A2- Violence Fetish - Disturbed - Itachi. YES, YES, a thousand times YES.
-A3- Mr. Self Destruct - NIN - Itachi to Sasuke.
-A4- Human Behavior - Bjork - A Kisame song. I don't think of him as fully human and w/ his personality I could see him saying this kind of stuff :D
-A5- Shark Attack - Wehrmacht - Another Kisame song :D If the lyrics weren't so fitting this would be in crack XD too bad you can't really hear them >_>
-A6- Remember the Tin Man - Tracey Chapman - For Sasori. Credit goes to hakudoushi for this one, sad and yet very fitting.
-A7- A Pain That I’m Used To - Depeche Mode - Another Sasori song. Probably not as fitting as the last one but I dunno... can't shake it from my mind.
Since Rachel and I decided that "My Love Explodes" is a much more fitting song for our ongoing Doom Patrol FST, I'm still searching for songs for Deidara as well as Zetsu, Tobi, the leader guy, and anyone else who happens to pop up from Akastuki in the future.
CRACK:
-C1- Ebony and Ivory - Paul McCartney - For Zetsu, but it's really bad I know XD That's why it's here :D
-C2- Fish Heads - Barnes & Barnes - PURE CRACK. I see this as Chibi Kisame dancing, singing, and eating fish heads o.O;
Well, that's it so far. Still looking for more and some input too :D Even if it's "OMFG enough with Depeche Mode!!! XO," any and all feedback helps! :D
