Thanks! I'm gonna try. I'll probably be doing a lot more drawing from now on. Working on that project with my sister is giving me more ideas all around, not just for what she and I are doing :D

Izzat the Blind Melon bee? Brandi? Hehe. I think she's cute. Only thing I can see to improve on is that her upper body doesn't quite match her legs - it seems like it's twisting in the opposite direction. I think it's because she has a bit of a waist on one side and not the other. Can't wait to see her in color, though!

Both! XD You're right about the legs, I was staring at it after posting and thought, "something's wrong here," so thanks for pointing it out, I'll take care of it in the colored version :D

What project are you and your sis working on? Too bad our CYOA didn't work out. Next time you get some time to spare hit me up, I miss collaborating on stuff nobody but you and I appreciate. XD

Karin's interested in making some children's books about mental health disorders and she wants me to be her illustrator. We've been talking about it for a couple weeks now and I sketched up a character at my nephew's b-day party and she really liked it.

I can tell you more the next time I talk or see you, I don't wanna say too much on the internets (can't have people stealing my ideas, right? ;D) but I really like her ideas. There aren't too many books about this sort of thing for children and I think she's going to be able to fill a gap in the industry and we'll both (hopefully) get a bit of fame from it in the process ;D

A friend of hers actually has a lot of contacts in the publishing business so it's practically a done deal *excited*

This might keep me tied up for a bit but did you have something in mind? Going back to the CYOA perhaps? I still have grand dreams for that project *___*
