"Dear friend, i’m writing to you in spanish so that you can understand me perfectly fine, if you could help me like you explained in your first mail, the only thing i ask for like you saw with your own eyes is that my child needs food and in this moments i dont have the resources, if you could please send me 50 euros for his feeding immediately because he has recently come out of the hospital, ill be in debt with you. A big hug, see you later,
P.S. The pictures were fantastic. "

If you don't really know him, it is pretty likely a scam scheme, and a common one. Did you really give the guy your e-mail address? Have you actually seen the child?
50 euros is a VERY big sum in Cuba, one could live on it for several months.
If you DO know that the starving child really exists, and that the person who asks you for money really cares for him, I'd say "Send them at least some money or raise it somehow".

Yes, I do know him and I did meet his child in hospital. However, I do kinda feel like maybe they are trying to make me feel guilty into giving him some money, which I do not like. I am going to reply to his email and suggest alternatives, like baby clothes etc.
