I'm actually kinda wishing I'd taken the full year off work so that I could do the transition to solids entirely myself, rather than daycare 2 days a week where they haven't heard of baby led solids (and probably don't really have the staff in the baby room to watch her while she eats something non-mashed

Well I'm interested. I'd love to hear about your nappy travels in particular - I catalogued ours tonight and there are lots there! So some feedback would be awesome.

What sorts have you got? Any particular brands you want to hear a review of? (Not that I've tried *that* many, relative to some nappy addicts, but I have a few, and they tend to be the most common, easy-to-obtain brands

I imagine that will work when they are a little more solid - atm they are still mostly liquid breastmilk poos, but with teeny chunks of whatever she's been eating. She's been progressively moving towards less frequent but bigger poos, so being able to hold one corner and spray the liquid off seems by far the least-icky method of dealing with it. (Meanwhile I'm thanking my stars that I got the less messy end of the input/output baby duties. Baby spew down the cleavage every so often is nothing compared to exploding stinky solid-transition poos...)
