The day that Mike dies in her arms Julie has a full nervous breakdown. She is the last of the original resistance and the reality of that breaks her. She has to be dragged away from his body before she too is murdered. Her days after are full of round the clock bodyguards, and people watching her like she will end it. She's in a haze, and has moments of lost time. She sits and stares at nothing. She lays and dreams of death and all the people she's had to say goodbye too. She wakes up screaming most times and the guards are used to it now.
On the 32nd day, Julie takes a long shower. The water burns her skin, but she barely feels it. She closes her eyes beneath the scalding water and sees Mike's face smiling at her. A sob escapes her and she falls, tears mixing with the water. She stays there until she can no longer cry. As she dries herself she says her final goodbye to Mike, to Ben, Ruby, Robert, Elias, Robyn, Willie, Elizabeth, Kyle, Ham, and Chris. She gets dressed and walks out, put together and ready to lead again.
They stare at her, waiting to pick her up again, but she just looks at them and tells them what they've been waiting to hear. She tells them she's back. She tells them that there's a war out there and she's not giving up on humanity. She's lost everybody that she's loved, but she's willing to keep going for a free future that she's determined the next generation will see.
Juliet Parrish is 35 and she's going to lead until they get their lucky shot.
Title: Another soldier down
Summary: Another soldier down
Timeline: TV show, Ep. 11 The Hero

When she hears that Elias is dead another part of her dies. She feels like she's let Ben down. She took on the responsibility of leading everybody, but Elias was different. He was her best friends little brother. He was a part of Ben, and when she looked at him she still saw her friend. She still felt his presence with her. Julie doesn't sleep that night. She lays down and she cries, for Elias and everything that he had become, and she mourns him, but she also feels the death of Ben fresh in her heart, and she can't help but mourn him again. There aren't that many of the original resistance fighters left, and she knows she can't cry every time she loses another, so she decides that she will cry for Elias, yes, but she will also cry for all of the people that will die, because she can't give herself the luxury of tears anymore.
She thinks of Caleb and wonders who told him, and how they told him. She wonders how much longer he'll survive now that he's lost two sons to this war.
Title: Flaw
Summary: Julie's memory is flawed.
Timeline: During the Final Battle, after Julie is rescued it goes au.
Disclaimer: I do not own any of these characters. The characters belong to Kenneth Johnson and Warner Brothers.
Julie's memory is flawed. She doesn't know what's real and what's an implant. She's afraid that Diana is always with her.
Julie is a leader. She has a duty to those who follow her. She knows that Ruby's words were true, she knows she must lead, but she can't. Diana will use her to destroy the resistance. She can't let that happen. She watches her people and she knows she must desert them. It's her duty. Julie writes a letter; she tells them her fears; she puts the letter next to Elias' sleeping form and silently says goodbye to him. She takes her gun, goes to the mountain overlooking the camp and shoots herself in the head. This is how Juliet Parrish dies. This is when the resistance falters, halts, and almost ends.
