The Baptismal Gown

I am so proud of this gown.  I started knitting it the week I found out I was pregnant.  Our families have two very distinct traditions surrounding baptisms that I wanted to carry on to my children.  Chris' family has a gown that 3 generations have worn for their ceremonies, and each child in my family wears something handmade for our ceremonies.
