Yum! We have some salmon in the freezer AND we always keep the chili garlic sauce around, along with Sriracha. Maybe we should do this.

I love that stuff. I don't I the garlic chili sauce, but I have the hot chili sauce, by the same brand, in my fridge. (Before I clicked the link, I knew it would be that brand--the red cock sauce with the green lid!).

By the way, what's the best way to cook salmon/fish? Bake it in the oven?

By far the easiest way is to cook it in the oven. Most fish you just throw on a light marinade, and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes in a pan. If you're cooking a whole fish, or a really thick fillet, then maybe a little longer, but yeah, cooking fish is super, super easy.

If you have a BBQ, you can BBQ a whole fish, wrapped in tin foil and stuffed with lemon, dill, and mayo for about 30 minutes. Also super easy and fast. And whole salmon are cheap at the stores right now.

Awesome, thanks.

I don't have a BBQ, and I have never BBQed anything in my life! I've flipped something a couple of times on one, but never even turned one on before!
