Cause the outside of the condos isn't supposed to be my responsibility q:
Actually, in all fairness, the management company we have now is fine. I called them up and they sent a roofer over and he's going to come back and fix it tomorrow.
The problem is that my roof didn't leak before some overachieving retiree on a powertrip decided to use a bunch of association money to get all the condos' roofs "fixed". And that was a hell of a leak, and may have done some internal damage (walls as well as the electronic equipment that got poured on before i realized what was going on) -- hence the lawyer, because my insurance only covers the inside, and they're probably going to balk at me trying to make a claim for damage caused by a roof leak that really is someone else's negligence.
::deep breath::
Btw, can you send me an email at pfidelman (at) gmail.com so that i have your address? Sometimes i want to email you and see if you're going to shows (=
