Trying to go back to work, but failing

I keep trying to go back to work (even though it still hurts like hell to walk more than 20 yards), but I keep failing. I apparently needed to go to Occupational Medicine first. Going anywhere is painful, but I went. They told me I had to go to my doc and get a note saying I was ok to go back to work, so I went and did that yesterday afternoon
