My week.... ups and downs
Okay, here are some pics. (I hope.) I couldn't get close to the worst damage because of power lines still being down, but...
This is a farm that was virtually destroyed, just down the road from my work. You can see the stubs of giant pine trees and a mess where their barn used to be. It's amazing that the house is standing. (They'd just finished fixing the place up after the LAST tornado!)
This is a scene from the campground - not far from where their trailer is parked. This used to be a pop-up camper. Now it's an inverted camper.
Just some general mess that I took while driving through the area.
BUT...
The good news is that my son was baptized and confirmed at church on Sunday. See how handsome and grown up he is? (And how old I feel???)
