Oooh. I forgot to mention that you're going to get mail bombed with "Mortgage Insurance" offers and (if OK has a homestead exemption like TX, a bunch of nice people offering to charge you to file a form that you can file for free yourself).

Hurray for cat puke! We're getting an Italian greyhound in May whenever we move to a new apartment, so in preparation we are looking for places with wood floors XD
