I recall reading the fic you're searching for. But have no clue as to the title or author. Comment to 'specific Tony story & general Loki search' by aficseeker in avengers_search
While it is not exclusively Loki centric (it revolves around Tony Stark and Nebula) but Loki definitely joins in and I loved the interactions with him in Keira Marco's Quantum Bang story 'Unleash Your Demons'. I absolutely adore this fic.
