I like to think the special act never happened.
Why oh why did Rei have to be hospitalized and miss out the battle?

The Special Act was pretty horrific. I was really disappointed in how it was handled. I think I can gripe about pretty much every single aspect of the Special Act. There was NOTHING good about it, except maybe at the end when there's that adorable moment with Motoki & Makoto and the boquet. That's it!
Ugh, it was so bad and so out of character for the series.
