I don't know if it'd help as much or guys (their bodies being very differently proportioned fat:muscle in different places), but I've found that measuring myself when I weigh myself weekly helps. I often find that if I put on a little bit of weight one week, or just don't lose any, that the inches are still shifting... Slowly, I'll grant you, but at least heading in the right direction. Weight is not always the best way to keep track of these things... :) *hugs*
