I am the biggest Guy apologist since... well, since Guy. I blamed the writers for the whole ...accident... in the desert
But, all the same, I am not a big fan of New!Guy Now with Added Redemption.
This may sound a little OOC for me, but this seems to be all the rage in Robin Hood so who am I to judge?

totally agree with your annoyance, robin is a self centred shit :)
Guy is the ultimate antihero, capable of being both good and evil, thats why he is the best character and the one holding the threads of the show together.
And just to emphasise the sadness of marians death, she died a virgin! and because robin didnt get his leg over (or sadly, guy) we have to put up with kate! :(
*sighs* think of all the poor children who dont realise the shit they are being fed :)

that is the saddest thing about her death really
that and the fact she missed out on so many things because of her young death
sex and marriage [real marriage, not some shotgun/stab-wound affair conducted on the floor of a foreign land]
children- we all saw her mooning over seth!
the realisation that bobbin is a tit and she can do so SO much better

You look like a bit angry with the show and certainly, you have reasons for it. I completely agree with you both. Guy is not perfect. He's only sin and the worst of all is just let himself driven by anger and kill that unique woman. Someone who, by the light of other female outcomers to the series, was almost perfect.
Her real tragedy is virginity, yes! If she was meant to die in this last unforgiven chapter, she could give her the joy of... You know!! LOL.
And yes, Guy is supposed to be the bad Guy so bad that he didn't bury a ring and forget the love of his life by kissing any female character that crossed his way, so bad that can't stop loathing himself for what he did, so bad that he is determined to help his enemy and be the one to lend hand...
We know why Guy is the way he is and we know Robin and his family had so much to do with that. So please! Give me a bad guy! Give me this B A D GUY!!!!
