i think that everyone would be a lot happier if everyone used compliments more. because i was thinking about it, and compliments seem to be becoming an endangered species. there are so many times when i think, "wow, so-and-so is so talented/sweet/beautiful/kind/caring/awesome" and yet i never say anything

maia. i always tell you how goreous you are, but there's a lot more to you than that. you always listen. you will always, no matter what, listen. its not just that you're approachable, you really touch people. and not physically, silly, but soul-wise. you are a walking, living, breathing, inspiration.
and you set such high goals for youself, but it never made me feel below you even though you're so amazing, it just makes me realize how much i would like to do as well.

i absolutely hate it when people are so awkward about complimenting. like they get all "oh...." if you say something nice about them, as if you're obbsessed or something. i like you and maia :)
