Wow, that depressing? Perhaps I'll pass on that one. I'm not much into gore, although I did enjoy Shaun Of The Dead, which is probably nothing when it comes to your horror movie tastes. :D

I was SOBBING at the end of that movie! ;)

I dunno, SHAUN had some pretty gory moments! ;)

Wow, that sounds like a powerful movie!

I can mostly handle gore, actually. It's suspense that gets me. :)

I loved that movie, but it was so hard to watch.

I was all about The River but I've kind of waned on it. I love horror, and it was kind of uncomfortable to see all the tricks.

Beautiful movie, but SO unfair .. :/

Yeah as I said, enjoying it so far (three episodes in) but I can totally get what you mean. :)

I haven't seen the finale yet. The second-to-last episode had me ready to quit halfway through because, while it didn't suck, it just wasn't fun to see that far up the show's skirt.

I did some real life. It's been tedious. Three days of spring! That was nice. I am beginning to wonder what the purpose of movies is. They play constantly in dreams in my head. They run perpetually in life day by day. Sometimes I wish, don't you, that I could rewind life and pick a new ending..

have you seen the woody allan night in paris?

A friend over on FB said the film is very close to the book, as I said to Amy, I was sobbing towards to end, it just all seemed so unfair. :(

I've only seen the first half of Never Let Me Go and felt sad for the children because of their fates as adults. Still need to finish the second half of the movie and also read the book by Kazuo Ishiguro.

I remember watching the first episode of The River and feeling amused by the random things I was seeing, like the dolls moving by themselves. In that first episode, I liked how the writers decided to show the feelings of resentment and anger in the son towards his famous missing (and presumably deceased) father Dr. Cole.

I've never seen Hatchet 2, but I'm now curious to see it just to check out the biggest chainsaw you've ever seen.

I must read the book too.

In The River, they're definitely still making out that the father is alive, but I have my doubts .. I do hope they wrap it up somehow, and not just leave it all unresolved ..

The chainsaw was ridiculously long, I don't think you'd actually be able to lift it!
