It's a slowwwww month. Sometimes it's pleasant. Other times it gives me a touch of paranoia, which is sort of sad/lame in a modern way I remember being described in books ( Read more... ) -

It's a bit sad as the office undoes itself and empties. First the amount of work began to change, dropping off, then the type of work began to change - disconnecting, packing things up and shipping them out, counting assets, taking signs off the walls. Work + commute = 55 hours a week
PERL class = 20-25 hours a week or so
between the two I can barely keep up with my girl, much less anyone else.
PS: I have a 96 in the class so far. But it's draining about a pint of blood per week to keep it. -

Been a good week. I was on a boat last Saturday best described as a redneck tugboat - like a tennis court with an outboard motor and fishing poles. ashley and i drove up to hang with her parents and their employees/friends. It was a fun month. The beach was more mediocre than typical sheer wonderful usual, but still better than good. I have had too much time with a techonologically pathetic, amateur-hour video game called Panzer General III, and I should resume the total video game boycott of 2005.
