I'd like to take a moment to establish some basic policies for this journal.

No, nothing has really come up since I opened this LJ that warrants severe displeasure, but I think the line's been brushed a couple times and I want to make some things clear before anything does occur. Take note this IS a public entry, so comment with discretion.

There are people who attack what you or your other friends write? The whole point of LJ is to write as you please...but that is something that can be abused. I haven't seen this (and to be honest, I usually just read your post without going into comments), but if there are people who are fighting in your comment space...hm. The feuding parties should either reconcile or else not be allowed to post. How do you get into a fight in a comment box on LJ?

People get into plenty of spats on basilmarket, and way too many in maplestory. But LJ is a place for friends to gather -- how can there be fighting in comments? I don't care if I have to blast away an eleven year old in Utah, but I think that your journal deserves respect in that no one should have to do that to anyone else here.
