Help please: post-Black Album Metallica

Does anyone have any of Metallica's newer albums that they could send me? (i.e. mp3s from their cds after the Black Album). I'm doing a research paper on the phenomenon of "sellout" and I'm hoping not to have to buy these later discs

I just went out and bit the bullet. $40 later, I'm now the proud owner of all their shitty albums.

Hilariously enough, Metallica's therapist Phil Towle has this to say regarding your suggestion to James: "Fans are tremendous enablers of addiction and mental illness. We tend to use artists and then spit them out. The fan base itself has to evolve. Fans who are stuck with what they want someone else to be are stuck in themselves. People who want people to remain the same are not unconditionally loving of that band or artist."

Don't you feel guilty now? You're clearly not unconditionally loving of Metallica haha

I listen to St Anger on the odd occasion. As much as I try to appreciate it for what it is, unfortuantely I've basically come to the conclusion that they could have done a far better job of making AND producing the album.

I could have sent you the mp3s lol but you just bit the bullet so.....

yeah man...it was a matter of panicking with my deadline coming up and deciding that I probably shouldn't cut corners where research is concerned. I might need to compare visual advertising on the album art work and liner notes.

While searching, I compiled a lovely list of used cd stores that I can share with you sometime.

Sadly, this weekend is devoted entirely to slaving away on this paper that I have to submit and draw a presentation from by Wednesday :(
