will she be here all this week or is she gone? we maybe planning a drunken beach visit after work on sunday (6pm) so you and her should come along if we're actually going through with it that is :P
Ah folk wisdom: is it "opposites attract" or "birds of a feather flock together"? Depending on the situation, one can grab whichever is convenient and look super wise. It works for grandma
( ... )
eric, your situation is absolutely adorable, and i am so happy that you've found someone!!! i suppose she is helping you with you french, right? it's like one of those cheesey romantic comedies... but you know, in a good way ;)
we should get together before you go back to montreal!!! birthday kisses!
She helps me every once in a while but I'm usually too intimidated with her fluency to try. She gets confused too if people switch back-and-forth between languages because she feels like she has to switch brains. I'm not solid enough to stick with French...yet. Being around her when she chats with her roommate is great practice though.
I think Dana's coming back soon, right? Let's go for sushi again! I'm going to be here until the end of August so hopefully we'll be able to get together several times.
Well, I'm still hesitant to use the word "girlfriend" and it doesn't help that we'll be apart until school starts. When I like someone this much I turn into total chicken shit haha. She actually had to ask why I hadn't kissed her before I could get the nerve to. There's a wonderfully cheesy tale atop Mount Royal that goes along with that too :)
As for the Vancouver visit, I'm afraid that it passed. She's off camping now but while she was here we had a lot of fun. I took her along the sea wall in Stanley Park, to the campus, and to the Asian gardens in China town. We even pushed a junkie in a stroller/walker by Hastings. Aw :) Thanks for the thought with the list though! I still wouldn't mind hearing your ideas sometime - maybe over the phone if it's easier for you.

I still need to give you your list of fun/romantic things to do in Vancouver. When is she in town?
