Judging from the nature of this curse, it would appear that multiple afflictions are occurring at once, something I have yet to experience since my time in the city. Not only that, but the fact that this curse has overtaken the City for longer than the designated 24-hour curse period leaves me to conclude that the Deities are really trying to outdo themselves. Is it possible they have ran out of creativity so quickly or have they experienced a loss of control in their own powers? Perhaps, it is merely a sadism that knows no bounds.
It would be naive to dismiss my own state as not being somehow related to this, but I cannot yet determine what has changed. I suppose the only option left for me is to wait out the effects of the curse and make certain that nobody should take advantage of the fact that the city has descended into a chaotic state. With so many mentally and physically disabled, those unaffected few have the opportunity to contribute to the mayhem.
Do remain vigilant over the network and report any unusual findings to me. I shall do my own part in investigating the City's people.
