Thank God You're Here!
Okay, I went and rented the WHOLE second series of Thank God You're Here last night, and decided it would be hilarious to macro MCR.
For those who don't know, Thank God You're Here is an Australian show a little bit like Whose Line Is It Anyway. There are four contestants, mostly semi famous comedians, and they have to walk through a door, into a scenario that they know nothing about. The only people who have a (memorised) script are the ensemble cast, who basically are the backbone of it. The costume sometimes gives it away a bit though, like if they have a superhero costume on, it'll be something to do with that. At the end there is an All-in Group Challenge, which is always fun too.
As an example (and this is my favourite in the history of the show), for the Series 2 finale Frank (XDDDD) Woodley comes dressed up looking like Captain Cook, and enters the scene (not from the front, though sometimes they enter a different way. He went in through the back, and poked his head out the cabin bit on a set that looked like a ship.). Of course, they begin with "Oh, Thank GOD you're here!" and he replies in a hilarious english accent with "Could someone send in the other cabin boy? Jeremy's getting all passive-aggressive on me!" but the scene continues, and then they ask him a question like "What do you want to do with the Futtock Shouds (or something like that)" and he yells "PUT THEM ON THE FUTTOCK DEAD PEOPLE!!" and also makes comments about drag-boat racing when they ask what the boats are doing "over there". He turns around in part of the scene to the other man, puts an arm around the guy's waist and goes "God, you look lovely." and puts his face about four centimetres away from him, so that their noses are touching. It was HILARIOUS. I'm sure you'll find an episode on youtube somewhere. So with every post, there will probably be one Thank God macro XDDDD
It would be SO funny if they walked in a scenario like this XDDDDDD
In honour of the guy's name being Frank, I wanted to do a Frank one XDDDD
