Someone did it using Mario Paint. I think it was for SNES, oh how I miss it! I used to love Mario Paint, especially with the fly swatting game.

The second version is cool too, more layers. But there's lag between the image and the sound.

Mario Paint Composer. I know it's not the original Mario Paint because it's not in C major ;)

Mario Paint had no sharps or flats.

I was wondering about that, 'cause when I played with Mario Paint, I was always annoyed that I had to make things in one scale :P Otherwise it wouldn't sound right.
