2girls1cup guy sounds awesome! That's the kind of stuff I wish happened more often. But yeah, it's weird that this apartment has been pretty great until recently. Besides this unstable lunatic, I noticed the apartment next to mine had an eviction notice and court order placed on it in January and remained there for weeks. Old people are right: the world truly is going to hell.
