I haven't told you this yet, because I was saving it for an eventful LJ entry when I get a confirmation notice from the university I'm applying at for grad school, but... I want to thank you for that time a year or so ago when on my journal I was contemplating not continuing my education, and you wrote a comment telling me that I should continue my education. You were right, of course, and I'm glad that at least one of my friends stepped up to tell me not to make a bad decision. Thank you for that. It looks like I'll be going to school until my PhD, contrary to my whimsical thoughts back then of stopping at a bachelor's. I just wanted to thank you for that time, Jordan.

Jordan, you are a very talented writer! I'm quite envious! Some people just have this natural ability to write creative, unique things and you are one of them obviously. I'm quite curious what event spurred this entry but it's personal and it's not my business. Anyways, if you wear your heart on your sleeve too much the dirty LA air might corrode it. Be careful. I enjoy reading your entries.
