I'm tired. I've been exhausted for weeks. I hope the herbs my dad gave me (my dad works with herbal and natural remedies) will work soon. I feel so depleted and drained

You should go to 10,000 Waves sometime! Um, it's not really a regular solution, but omg I am ridiculously relaxed this week.
Anyway: massage, hot springs/cold plunge, exercising until exhaustion, sex, classical music, sushi. Also, if I'm having trouble sleeping, I do this thing where I try to tense and relax my body bit by bit, starting with my feet and moving up to my head.
It sounds to me like you're asking for two contrasting things. You want more energy? You want to relax?
I exercise to get more energy and do yoga to relax. Make sure your iron levels are ok. Maybe you could get a professional massage? I do visualizations, the hardest part about it is remembering to do it. If you're overwhelmed by the tasks at hand you can write a to do list and cross items out as you go. Other things that relax me: grooming/riding horses, painting, reading, sun bathing
Maybe you can have a drum circle? Are you still playing guitar?
I should add that I get so tense that I only exhaust myself more. The exhaustion is due to an accumulation of various things from the past few months, and is more than just physical. So, that's why I'm asking for suggestions on ways to relax - getting more energy is dependent on me balancing out my endocrine system (yay herbs) and finding what I can do to be less tense.
Exercise is part of my regular routine, and does balance me out somewhat. My friend is a practicing massage therapist. I make to-do lists sometimes. I stopped playing guitar, but I did find it relaxing. I found what I learned from my Taoism class relaxing - the next step is taking the time to actively remember to do the breathing exercises.
