The Evils of Exchess!!
It was midnight and all the lower years were tucked up in their respective dormitories. The Gryffindor common room, normally a hub of activity, was almost deserted.
Almost.
“I could swear, I just saw Harry dragging Draco Malfoy into our dorm."
Dean Thomas, gazed bleary-eyed around the common room, hiccupped and then squinted at his best friend. “Maybe this ish what old McGonagall meant by the evils of exchess!”
Seamus Finnigan, grabbed the bottle of Firewhisky and refilled their glasses. "Bugger temperance; Voldemort’s dead.”
Dean nodded. “To exchess, imposhible halluchinations and evenchtual liver failure,” he slurred.
Their shot-glasses kissed.
