When our democratic process shows its ignorance in its entirety, so somebody get out there and vote for me! Otherwise, Maryland may only go Kerry by 60% instead of 70%. I was telling someone at work the other night that I honestly don't see very much difference between the candidates and regardless of who wins we'll still be left with a mess. If Kerry wins the election the war and terrorism and gas prices won't magically be fixed and if Bush wins, well we all know how the next four years will be. Tho' I'm not a fan of Bush's education intiatives, they're nice ideas in theory but I cannot imagine how No Child Left Behind will function practically.
So I did what any frustrated American would do. I voted for a third party :)
