[Physical] Physically, Kitty is very athletic thanks to her training with the X-men. She’s quick and nimble within normal human limitations. Her strongest physical attribute is her phasing ability. This enables her to pass through any solid object, be it a wall or a person, and can even bring people or objects with her through the phase. Because of this power she’s nearly impossible to catch and is able to slip out of pretty much every type of bond. She can easily dodge projectiles or blows by just letting them pass through her, or short out computers and pieces of machinery by manipulating their molecules as she moves through them.
[Mental]Kitty is a very innovative thinker. In battle, she’s come up with her own fighting style that uses her phasing ability to its fullest potential, not only to help herself, but her teammates as well. Along with that, she loves to write and reflect on the world around her. It’s a testament to her intelligence and intuition, as well as her ability to be highly observant

[Physical] Though Kitty is agile, she does have a tendency to be a little clumsy at times, especially when she’s distracted. If she’s being chased, she sometimes falls down and has to scrabble away to regain her footing. In her old school back at home, she was teased for struggling in PE and is seen struggling with the long jump. This has much improved thanks to training with the X-men, but because of her ability, she’s given a bit of a crutch, so she doesn’t have to be the most physically skilled person out on the battlefield.
She’s also not the best physical fighter, mostly because her phasing ability gives her little need to defend herself from physical blows. Instead, she has her own fighting style tailored to her ability. She does know some basic self-defense thanks to training with Wolverine, and can definitely throw some solid punches and kicks. She’s just not the strongest one of the bunch when it comes to that sort of thing.
[Mental]Even though Kitty is highly observant, she does have her moments of distraction

First Person: Okay, so this’s weird. Maybe not the weirdest thing that’s ever happened, but it’s definitely in the top three. I think I’d give it a seven, maybe an eight on the freaky scale. At least there’s no creepy water dripping from the ceiling and someone whispering my name. I mean, how much more Twilight Zone can you get? At least it’s peaceful here - grass, trees. Definitely way more pleasant than my usual dreams.
So where does the freaky factor play in? Maybe because it feels so real. I mean, my dreams are usually pretty vague, right? But this’s like wow, I can feel everything. It’s just like with Danielle except it’s way less spooky and way more déjà vu. Even the wings feel familiar. How weird is that? Just kind of like “Oh, I guess I have wings now. Didn’t I have these before?” Seriously, I get a whole new body part and that’s all I can think of? What’s up with that?
I really hope I’m not making a habit of this.
