They look an awful lot like Chaos models in that photo... Kidding.

I can't wait to see the Dark Eldar play the Guard. Guard take big horrible template guns and put them on rolling Federal Reserve buildings, while the DE mount a .50 caliber sniper rifle on a Segway.

If you got plasticard of a few different depths, I bet you could scratch-build that skimmer.

Or use a Star Wars Tatooine skiff.
