I made my first quiche last night -- sausage, mushrooms, spinach & zucchini, with scraps of gruyere, havarti, and romano. Came out a tad runny (think I should have drained the vegetables more, upped the hard cheese::soft cheese ratio, and used less cream/milk), but otherwise okay. Great for breakfast this morning.
